Temperature Wise, its a fairly even day across the dominion today: Some parts of Ontario will be actually chillier than parts of Alberta.  Precipitation wise, the Board is tilted severely east, as Ontario gets smothered with snow, Quebec gets pelted with freezing rain, and the Maritimes get dunked with Normal rain! To add to the wierdness, there is almost no wind in Edmonton or Calgary, but tons of wind in Timmins and Sudbury!
