Canada Wide Forecast and All Request Index - December 14, 2012

Its actually fairly pleasant across the Dominion today! Temperatures out west have fallen a bit, and settled in the Long John index of 1-2 range. No Snow on the Forecast either! Out East, a little warmer, but again, not too chilly. Even the North is slightly warmer! No 5's reported anywhere! Huzzah!

Canada Wide Forecast and All Request Index - December 7, 2012

Bit of a Strange Day in Alberta this morning. It's not that Edmonton isn't Cold, or that Calgary is Less Cold ( thats normal) but Red Deer, situated halfway between Edmonton and Calgary, is MUCH Colder than both! What Gives? Anyhoo, pretty chilly across the west, and fairly mild out east, though Quebec City did muster up a Long John Index of 1. Strangely warm in Iqaluit as well, where they will have a Long John Index of 1 as well!

Canada Wide Forecast and All Request Index - February 17, 2012

Pretty warm across the Dominion today! Okay so it's not really tropical, and no where should you be breaking out the deck chairs and slip n slide, but there aren't many freezing bits in Canada today! Some freezing temperatures between Saskatoon and Sudbury, but between that and the North, that is largely it! In all Honesty, Alert, Top of Canada is hoarding all the winter! It is -40C there this morning!

Oh and heads up: its a stat holiday here in Alberta on Monday, so the Canada Wide Forecast will return Tuesday!

The week ends on a pretty tame note! Still not much goin on out west, but at least it will be a little colder in Saskatchewan (just a bit).The Temperatures are still locked into freezing as you hit Ottawa east, but they sure warmed up in the North! Whitehorse will be +6 Today! At least it's still cold in Alert!!

It's Friday the 13th, and there is some spooky weather across the Dominon of Canada today! Temperatures are up in the Maritimes, but down in Manitoba and Western Ontario, and there is everything from Fog to Rain to Drizzle to snow to across the country. This also looks to be the last day of the Warm Winter of 2011-2012 for the Western Provinces as Temperatures at set to PLUNGE over the weekend! The Long John Index will be much more exciting next week!
