THE POLAR BEARS ARE INVADING...well..SOME of Canada! Snowfall Warnings all over BC, it's snowing in Eastern Ontario and Quebec, and all over the Martimes! Toronto will have a good time with a bit of freezing rain. Temperature wise, everything appears to be normalish, except for Yellowknife where they started at -40 degrees celsius, and that does NOT include the Windchill! YIPES

Enjoy the melty ground while you can Western Canada! THE SNOWNADOES ARE COMING, and they are bringing with them mountains and mountains of the white fluffy stuff. POLAR BEAR ALERTS are active for everyone from Prince George BC to Saskatchewan Manitoba border! After the snow, the cold comes back! HOORAY! As for the east, still rather balmy, and alltogether very boring. We will see if that changes next week.

Meanwhile in Yellowknife ( where we spoke to CJAD MIX 100 this morning! HI YELLOWKNIVERIANS!) it will be a nice tidy Long John Index with 3. All other northern cities will copy Yellowknife as well.

Well Winter in Canada is nothing but puzzling. Out West we have Rain in Edmonton and near summer like conditions in Calgary and Regina. As we venture out east, its actually fairly chilly in Quebec and parts of the Atlantic, and some random spots in Ontario will be getting snow! Only the North makes sense, with Long John Index's of 3, and Snow everywhere! You can always count on Yellowknife!

Well its another frigidless day across the Prairies: Saskatchewan and Manitoba will see a Long John Index in 1, but in Alberta, people will be walking around in t shirts and short pants! Out east its a little chilly in Quebec and Atlantic Canada, but pretty fair, but Rainy in Ontario. No fooling around up North though! Yellowknife and Iqaluit still rocking a Long John Index of 4, whilst Inuvik is still trapped in a 5!
