Blurgh! Happy Monday Canada. Temperatures will actually tumble this week; not into the minus 20's or anything, but it will actually be a bit chilly all across the country! Some spots on the prairies might SHOCKINGLY, hit a Long John Index of 2. Lots of Polar Bear Alerts out east too, as Atlantic Canada gets pummeled by snow! The Cold has eased in the north as well, except for Iqaluit, who are still having fun in a Long John Index of 4!

Looks to be a fair day to start the week across the Dominion of Canada today. Slightly Chilly from the Rockies to Thunder (aka, Danger) Bay, and then slightly less chilly to the East Coast. Outside of Lethbridge and Inuvik, the Polar Bears seem to have taken the day off. Yup, all in all a pretty nice day.....except for Alert, Top of Canada, where it will be -35 and colder. Long John Index of 5!!
