Well Canada, today is a Strange one. we have Chinook ( warm) temperatures across BC, the Yukon, and through Iqaluit ( where it is melting today), but VERY COLD Temperatures across Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Pretty chilly across Ontario, and a the very WINTERY CALM before the storm on the East Coast. Meanwhile, Quebec City is twice as cold as Montreal, and it is 24 degrees warmer in Lethbridge as it is in Fort McMurray.
