Well that sound you hear is a nation of mini vans not starting! A Late February Cold Snap across the Dominion sees temperatures DROP from Coast to Coast to Coast! its not even warm in Vancouver! Saskatchewan is pretty much frozen solid, but at least it's sunny. Snow into Ontario and Quebec, and we're beginning to wonder if the Atlantic has frozen over yet. Yipes!
