HMMM twould appear that Old Man Winter is on vacation! LOTS of mild temperatures throughout the dominion today ( except for Inuvik and Iqaluit, where it is -30 and colder). Not so warm to cause any problems with melting, but just warm enough to put some smiles on some faces!
