THE POLAR VORTEX ( or Winter, or PO-VORT as we like to call it) Continues to grip the Eastern, and well to be honest, the Middle part of the Dominion as well! ONLY Alberta and BC are immune to it's icey clutch! The Long John Index for pretty much everyone from Saskatoon to Quebec City is a 4, while its a balmy 1 in Red Deer! Meanwhile, the North is 2 norths: one that is freezing cold ( Yellowknife, Iqaluit) and the other that is Balmy and rather nice ( Whitehorse).
