Well if you are hoping to party it up outside as the clock ticks down tonight, we hope you are bundled right up! PRETTY Cold across the dominion, with many cities waking up to a Long John Index of 5, and some of them, not even budging from that ( looking at you Winnipeg and Yellowknife). In fact, it's pretty much straight up good ol fashioned Canadian Winter from the Rockies through to the Atlantic!
